Sprinkler System – Good watering and lawn care by  professionals will keep your front lawn looking green and thriving in the hot summer months.  Make sure a working sprinkler system is in place and is programmed to water at automatic intervals.  A well fertilized, weeded and trimmed yard can add value to a home when it comes to selling.  Curb appeal is vitally important when it comes to staging a home and grabbing the buyers attention!

2.)
