Virginia Real Estate Team Encounters Virtual Success!
Susan H., a Top Ranked Virginia Realtor, Long & Foster, decided to try a new virtual staging service she had come across while attending the National Association of Realtors convention last November. She sent us her before and after pictures below and talks about her virtual success.
“We thought they had a very unique virtual staging service. Their before and after picture presentation looked amazing. We definately wanted to try the service for our vacant listings.” Susan says.
She further states, “We had a property listing on Governors Pond Circle in Alexandria, Virginia that had been sitting for two months, with little buyer interest and showings. The owners were an older couple moving to a retirement home community. While the home was spacious inside with newly installed hardwood flooring and carpet, being vacant, it didn’t show well online.”
Susan immediately contacted our virtual staging company. She ordered four rooms virtually staged, hoping the staged photos would increase showing activity. She continues, “When we received our photos, they looked absolutely perfect! Everything was ideally to scale. This home had a unique floor plan and having the staged photos really helped buyers to visualize how they might decorate and place furniture. We got an offer within 30 days after posting the virtually staged pictures online.”
