1.) What are the pricing packages for the virtual staging service? Pricing starts at just $225 for 3 virtually staged photos, $280 for 4 photos, $325 for 5 photos and $60 each additional photo. This is a one-time fee and there are no recurring charges.

2.) How do I get started and place an order? The first step is to read and complete the online order form by clicking on the Place An Order link above and then fax (404-812-9480) or email the order form to us. You will then need to carefully follow the instructions at the bottom of page 1 of the order form to properly upload your vacant photos to us (we do not accept photos via email so please be sure to use the upload link near the bottom of page 1). If you are having trouble with this process, don’t hesitate to call and we can walk you through it!

3.) What are your vacant photo guidelines? We want to work with the largest photo files that you have, but we require a minimum of 500kb file sizes (often professional photographers will refer to this as “For Print” photos). Also, photos should be taken horizontally with the camera held level at 4-5 feet (chest level) above the floor, with a nice mix of floor and ceiling in the shot. We strongly recommend using only a limited amount of wide-angle lens for the rooms to be staged and we recommend against portrait (or vertically oriented) photos as well.

4.) What happens if I upload a photo that is a small size or low resolution or may not work with your service? Don’t worry, if we have any troubles with a photo or see that a photo is just not up to the standards necessary to produce a quality virtual staging product, we will call you to discuss alternatives.

5.) How long does it take to process my order and get my staged photos back? Our turn around time can vary a bit based on our backlog at the time of your placed order, but once we have received a completed order along with your photos, we average 3 to 4 business days. Keep in mind that our virtual staging service is focused on providing our clients with a quality product and we will not rush projects as we feel every order that comes in is of utmost importance and will be completed accordingly.

6.) Where can I use the virtually staged photos? Your virtual ‘staged’ photos will be sent to you at the same resolution as the base photos you provided us and will be in a .jpeg format which is the same file format as on your digital camera. The photos are to be used only to market the specific property you identify on the order form and it is up to you to determine if the outlets where you want to post the virtual staging pictures will permit the use of virtually staged photos.

7.) How long can I use the virtually staged photos? You can use the photos to market the subject property for as long as it takes to sell or lease the property.

8.) The order form says you also offer enlargements, can I make my own instead? Absolutely, we just offer the enlargements as a convenience to our clients. You may print your own at home, at the office or at your local office supply, print or copy shop. If you want to order enlargements from us, please remember that we must have the highest and best quality photos that you have of the property for best results. Anything of a lesser quality will result in pixilated and poor quality virtual staging looking images no matter how good our finished work is.

9.) Does VSP alter the photographs by changing the wall colors, adding appliances and removing fixtures, etc? We do not and will not alter or edit the underlying photos of the property! We do not change wall colors, add carpet, do repairs, touch ups or hide damage, sorry no exceptions to this as we stick to this hard and fast rule! What potential buyers see when they go visit the property is exactly what they saw in the virtual photos just without furnishings and décor of course.

10.) Can I provide suggestions with respect to the staging of the photos? Certainly! You will know the property best and we are more than happy to work with your suggestions. We frequently call our clients upon receipt of an order along with photos to make sure we have identified the appropriate rooms to virtually stage. If you see any specific furnishings and décor in our Gallery that you wish for us to use, feel free to add those in the comment section of the order form. The more information about the rooms to be virtually staged, the better and faster we can meet your marketing needs for the home!

11.) What if the photos that I provide have some furnishings and décor in them already? Remember, we do not make any changes to the underlying property or photo! We primarily work with photos of vacant homes and a plant or one or two pieces of décor in the photo is probably okay. We can sometimes work with partially furnished properties as well but this will be assessed on a case by case basis. Keep in mind, we want to deliver a quality virtual staging product and suggest that you contact us with any related concerns.
